  • 2 types of coatings available. Atlantis C3-H y cincado ≥5μm. The Atlantis C3-H special coating offers protection against corrosion in category C3 atmospheres in accordance with the ISO 9223 standard. +info
  • Highest guarantees. Products approved according to the highest quality standards:
    • Approved (ETA 20/0046) in option 1 for installation in cracked and non-cracked concrete (C20/25-C50/60).
    • Approved (ETA 20/0494) for non-structural redundant systems in concrete (≥ C20/25) and hollow-core slabs (≥ C30/37).
    • Approved for fire resistance R30-R120 in concrete.
    • Seismic approval C1&C2 for structural installation when there is a risk of some type of seismic movement.
  • Maximum performance. Maximum loads recommended in C20/25 to C50/60 cracked concrete and non-cracked concrete. +info
  • Allows installation with up to three different screwing depths (in the Ø6 and Ø10 versions). The other measurements are approved for two installation depths. +info
  • Allows installation with reduced distances between anchors and at the edge of the concrete element. The anchor, which works using a mechanical interference between the thread and the base material, generates a low load on the concrete.
  • Confirmed suitability for the installation of sprinkler systems in accordance with the VdS CEA 4001 guidelines.

Bimetal Technology

The new TXE fixing model for direct fixing on concrete is manufactured with innovative BIMETAL technology, which offers high resistance to both corrosion and wear during installation.

Firstly, the body of the fixing is manufactured with A4 stainless steel, giving it anti-corrosive properties, up to C5 levels of corrosion. Meanwhile, the tip of the fixing is manufactured in hardened carbon steel, with greater hardness and facilitating the installation and grip on the base material. The innovative production process allows the friction welding of the two materials.

Features of A4 stainless steel

The body of the fixing, manufactured in A4 stainless steel, offers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, up to C5 levels of corrosion. It is suitable for applications in outdoor spaces such as:

  • Coastal areas.
  • Outdoor spaces with high industrial contamination.
  • Areas near roads.
  • Tropical and subtropical regions.

Resistance of the steel

The tip of the TXE is manufactured in hardened carbon steel, which allows it to withstand wear on the tip and which makes installation easier while providing the maximum performance.

The tip of the fixing has a key role during the installation. It is the area that starts the threading of the fixing on the base material, generating strong friction and wear. This is the reason that this fixing cannot be made completely from A4 stainless steel, a material with a lower level of hardness than carbon steel.

The blue colour of the tip identifies the area where the fusion of both materials is produced.

Bimetal version
