At INDEX, we work to find solutions that adapt to the real needs of construction and installation professionals. With this goal in mind, we are launching a new range of short concrete screws, designed for situations where space is limited or access to the work area is restricted.
During construction work, especially in renovation, refurbishment or technical installation projects, it is common to encounter structural elements that are thin or do not allow for deep drilling. In these cases, the usual solution is to use oversized anchors or make unnecessary drill holes, which not only increase the cost and length of the work, but can also compromise the security of the fastening.
With this new range, we offer a professional, efficient and safe alternative. The short version SF screws allow direct fastening to cracked or uncracked concrete without the need for plugs, using standard tools such as a drill and an impact machine. This translates into faster installation, with less risk of failure and the possibility of removing and reusing the screw when necessary, making them an attractive option for temporary or provisional installations.
Three versions, three solutions
The SF range is available in three versions, adapted to different needs:
- SFP: with a pan head, for visible fastenings.
- SFT: with a truss head, for plates, metal sheets or fastenings requiring a larger support surface.
- SFM: with a male thread, for suspended installations, such as threaded rods or air conditioning and electrical elements.
These screws also have a galvanised coating, which guarantees good corrosion resistance and superior durability, both in indoor environments and in controlled outdoor applications.
With this addition, we are further expanding our range of concrete screws, reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement based on listening to professionals in the sector. For our distributors, this is an excellent opportunity to offer their customers a technical, certified and high-turnover solution that directly solves a very common problem.
