Schraube für Sandwichpaneele mit Unterlegscheibe PS 5 + ARVUL

Schraube für Sandwichpaneele mit vulkanisierter Unterlegscheibe aus Stahl-EPDM. Sie ist selbstbohrend, hat einen Sechskantkopf und eine angeformte Unterlegscheibe. Sie ermöglicht die Befestigung von Paneelen auf Balken in Dächern oder Fassaden. Ihre extralange Bohrspitze (#5) ermöglicht die direkte Montage auf dem Material, ohne dass vorher gebohrt werden muss. Die vulkanisierte EPDM-Unterlegscheibe ermöglicht dichte Verbindungen. Sie besteht aus verzinktem Stahl.

  • [MIT DICHTUNGSUNTERLEGSCHEIBE] Mit einer Unterlegscheibe aus Stahl und EPDM-Gummi, um die Dichtheit der Verbindungen zu gewährleisten. So werden die Materialien vor Witterungseinflüssen geschützt und ihre Langlebigkeit gesichert. Der Gummi ist vulkanisiert und äußerst widerstandsfähig gegen UV-Strahlung, Ozon und Temperaturschwankungen.
  • [OHNE VORBOHREN] Die extra lange Bohrspitze ermöglicht das direkte Bohren in Metalloberflächen mit einer Dicke von bis zu 12 mm, ohne dass ein Vorbohren erforderlich ist. Dadurch lässt sich die Arbeit beschleunigen und der Einsatz zusätzlicher Werkzeuge bei der Montage der Paneele vermeiden.
  • [SECHSKANTKOPF UND GEPRÄGTE UNTERLEGSCHEIBE] Ihr Sechskantkopf verfügt an der Unterseite über eine geprägte Unterlegscheibe, die zur Verstärkung der Verbindungen beiträgt.
  • [VERZINKTER STAHL] Die Schraube ist aus Stahl gefertigt und verfügt über eine verzinkte Beschichtung, die ihr Festigkeit verleiht und dazu beiträgt, ihre Lebensdauer zu verlängern.
