Tips for applying hybrid polymer adhesives

Prepare the surface

The area for application must be resistant, clean and free of dust, grease or material residue.

Delineate the area

Use adhesive tape specifically for marking the area of application and avoiding burrs or excess product.

Cut and adjust the cannula

Cut the tip of the cannula based on the width of the joint and screw it tightly to the cartridge. o.

Apply continuously and evenly

Apply the adhesive in a continuous bead and maintain a constant pace.

Smooth the product applied

Smooth the bead with an appropriate tool, or if you do not have one, with a finger covered in soap.

Final cleaning

Remove the adhesive tape, and if necessary, remove the excess before curing.
