The B certification is a Polish approval for construction products. It is obtained based on mechanical resistance tests and receiving the KOT national certification.

To obtain an approval, the manufacturing and testing process is subjected to an independent audit to demonstrate that both the manufacturing and the testing are done using the proper means, and that they are controlled by qualified personnel under approved inspection and testing processes.
