Fixações para fachadas ventiladas: fixações pós-instaladas vs. fixações in situ
As fachadas ventiladas são um sistema ideal para atingir elevados padrões de isolamento térmico e acústico, favorecendo a eficiência energética do edifício e o conforto do seu interior. Para maximizar o seu desempenho e garantir uma instalação segura, é essencial escolher um sistema de fixação adequado ao tipo de revestimento utilizado (cerâmica, pedra, metal, compósitos...) ou ao tipo de instalação. É importante conhecer as especificações de cada produto e seguir as recomendações do fabricante de cada sistema.

As ancoragens para fachadas ventiladas podem ser classificadas em dois grupos principais:
  • Ancoragens pós-instaladas: são instaladas após a presa do betão, através da perfuração do material de base. Embora suportem uma carga menor do que as ancoragens in situ, oferecem uma maior versatilidade para modificar a abordagem inicial. Dentro deste grupo, estão disponíveis as ancoragens químicas (MOPOSE, MOEPSE ou MOPOLY), as metálicas (MTP ou MTH) ou as plásticas (TNUX).
  • Ancoragens in situ: São instaladas no momento da execução da obra, antes da presa do betão. Estas ancoragens são integradas e embutidas no material de base e são capazes de suportar cargas pesadas.
Fixações para placas de isolamento
O nosso catálogo também inclui diferentes tipos de fixações para a instalação de painéis de isolamento SATE em diferentes materiais de base. Dispomos de soluções mecânicas (AIS) e químicas (PU-EP) para a fixação de painéis feitos de materiais como poliestireno expandido, lã mineral, poliuretano (PUR), poliestireno extrudido (XPS) ou cortiça expandida. Além disso, dispomos de ancoragens plásticas (TE) concebidas para fixar cargas ligeiras nestes materiais.
