Polyurethane foams Range

INDEX Fixing Systems presents the new range of Polyurethane Foams, an indispensable product due to its great versatility. These foams serve mainly to fill and seal gaps, assembly of doors and windows, as well as thermal and acoustic insulation. Because of its easy application it has become one of the most used materials in construction and has been introduced as the field for bricolajeros and amateurs.

• INDEX PU Foams perform an expansion around 40 – 45 liters, that assures the product’s high efficiency. As a result the cost effectiveness is increased.

• This new product range offers controlled expansion stability, without porosity and with high density. Because of that, the products provide higher insulation and adherence.

PU-SC/PU-SP - Multipurpose polyurethane foam

PU-FP FIRESTOP - Fire-resistant polyurethane foam

For sealing, assembly, filling, insulation and attachment in areas where fireresistance is desired or required. It ensures excellent adhesion to all construction materials, except PTFE, silicone and polyethylene. It provides full fire resistance. Particularly recommended for applications in electrical installations, emergency doors, safes, library archives, hospitals and so on.  

PU-TP ROOFING TILES- Polyurethane foam for attaching tiles 

For easy attachment of tiles on the base of the roof. It can be used at low temperatures. It ensures excellent adhesion to all construction materials. It makes it possible to attach tiles on the roof in a precise, fast and efficient manner, compared to traditional methods. It can be used in temperatures of up to -5°C. It also offers thermal and acoustic insulation 

 PU-CL CLEANER - Cleaner for polyurethane foam application

To clean foam application guns, the application valve of the foam nozzle, general cleaning of fresh polyurethane foam on different work surfaces. It cleans and degreases iron, steel, chrome, aluminium, unlacquered wood, marble and stone. It removes grease, tar, oil, wax and residues from adhesives and fresh fillers. It acts fast and does not damage tools.
