INDEX Fixing Systems, industrial manufacturer and supplier of fixing systems, has launched its new website project (www.indexfix.com). Among the main new items, the new platform offers proximity services based on location; secure certificate to encrypt communications; a fluid design, adapted to any type of terminal (mobile or desktop); solutions based on improving the user experience and a wide range of free multimedia files.
The user at the centre of the online strategy
The newly-developed website, created in five languages to cover the 86 countries in which the Spanish multinational company provides its services, makes different software and technical documentation solutions available for its users in order to meet the demanding needs of its customers and provide the solutions increasingly required by their end customers.
In the words of their head of development, David Miranda-Torres, “we wanted to launch a project that would enable the consultation of all of our information in a transparent way; allowing the user to examine and take advantage of all of the data provided by our content managers. Our customers can now use our whole range of data to improve the services that they provide to their customers in the industrial sector".
For the launch of the new website, and during the last four years, the Spanish company has worked on its industrial, commercial and technical expertise in order to transform this data mining, as well as its content and digital assets, into semantic proposals that facilitate its presentation to users. For Miranda-Torres, “not only was it necessary to place value on the overall investment of the company in international certificates and technical repertoires, but also this needed to be transferred to the users in a way that would enable its correct usage by our professionals and suppliers".
Since 2012, the INDEX Fixing Systems website has held the quality seal issued by Confianza Online, a leader in Spain for trust in online purchases and the only one to hold all of the official recognitions. This distinguishing feature can only be displayed by companies that guarantee maximum transparency, security and trust when purchasing and browsing on their websites.
