Brand new image for the chemical anchor range of INDEX Fixing Systems

The chemical cartridge offer broadens with 5 new versions for specific conditions

Logroño, March 10, 2014. INDEX Fixing Systems, manufacturer and industrial supplier of fixing systems, presents the new image of its chemical anchors at the Internationale Eisenwarenmesse 2014, the Hardware Show celebrated in Cologne from th 9^th to the 12^th of March, where INDEX Fixing Systems exhibits in Stand 70-78, in Hall 5.2 . The Spanish company has developed a whole new concept for its chemical cartridges, and launches a modern, vibrant, expanded range to better meet the demands of the market and the needs of its clients. Every product has its own distinctive chromatic identity, reflecting the characteristics of the different chemical anchors and making them easily distinguishables and more attractive.

 The new design, more visual and professional, includes brand new pictograms that offer, in a very graphical and concise way, the technical information regarding the installation and uses of these chemical anchors. In addition, and in accordance with the international expansion of INDEX Fixing Systems, the new labels show the use suggestions in nine different languages.

 Along with the new image, INDEX Fixing Systems also releases five new versions of its regular resin mortars, specially designed for installations in specific, concrete temperature conditions. Thus, there is the winter range, for installations in base materials at a minimum temperature of -5ºC in the case of the polyester MOPOLY-W anchor; and -10ºC in the case of the styrene-free polyester MOPOESEW and the styrene-free acrylate MOEPSEW anchors.  For the opposite case of extreme hot temperatures, the summer range performs properly in temperatures as high as 40ºC in the case of the styrene-free acrylate MOEPSE-S anchor; and 45ºC in the case of the styrene-free polyester MOPOSE-S anchor.

 In addition, the stone-colour version of the polyester anchor, MOPOLY-P, is being released as well, adding so to the already existing stone-colour MOEPSE-P mortars, for applications where visible in natural stone.

 The renewed and improved range maintains the quality canons which INDEX Fixing Systems demands of all its products. Five out of six main products (and its respective variants) are ETA- approved in various modalities for different base materials, including all cracked, non-cracked, and reinforced concrete and brick. The new chemical anchors have been approved for the whole range of installation temperatures, including both extreme hot and extreme cold conditions, and they guarantee a correct performance in more flexible installation depths.
