INDEX Space Studio is the INDEX® service offering customised display design and installation at the premises of our distributors.

This service is unique to the market and 100% customisable according to the specific needs of each client (e.g., product, packaging format, rotation, and/or business type), aiming to maximise the sales space.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

INDEX SPACE STUDIO has 6 easy steps:

1. ANALYSIS

The INDEX ® sales team works with the customer to analyse their needs (e.g., available space, products to be incorporated, type of packaging, etc.).
2. DESIGN

With the information obtained, the specialised installation team organises and optimises the product selection.
3. PRESENTATION

The proposed installation solution is presented with a 3D simulation of the shelving and the planogram, showing the exact arrangement of the product selection.
4. PREPARATION AND SHIPPING

To facilitate display assembly, new installation shipments are prepared separately from other usual orders.
5. ASSEMBLY

The INDEX ®. specialised assembly team carries out the entire initial assembly. Installation of the furniture, location of the product, and installation of merchandising elements.
6. MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING

We ensure regular inspections of each shelf installation, proposing possible improvements, maintaining it in optimal and updated conditions, and facilitating restocking.

TYPES OF SHELVES

GONDOLA

SLOPING SHELVES

Improves the display of all products. Recommended for Window Box and INDEXmix display formats.

BULK DRAWERS

Available in metal and recycled plastic. Ideal for the presentation of bulk products.

HOOKS

Available in 30, 40 and 50 cm. Recommended for displaying blister packs and EASYkits products.

STRAIGHT SHELVES

Suitable for the presentation of heavy products such as professional boxes and containers. Combined with separators, they are perfect for chemicals, silicones and polyurethane foams.

TOP POSTERS

Advertising elements we place at the top of the display.

We have several models to indicate the product family placed on the display, thus facilitatingcustomer choice of product.

FLOOR VINYLS FOR ISLANDS

Adhesive advertising elements to be placed attached to the floor around an island-shaped set of shelves for the purpose of creating a more attractive space that encourages sale of the INDEX product.

STOPPERS FOR SHELVES

Advertising elements that can be placed in different areas of sets of shelves.

Used to highlight a specific family in a shelf header consisting of different families. It is ecommended to highlight between two and three families per module.

Advertising elements for highlighting specific products to decorate a store and enhance brand image and product visibility.

The perfect location is to be hanging from the ceiling in a visible area.

The perfect location is on walls, sides of shelves or furniture in establishments, in an area where they are visible.

PUBLICITY IN THE SHOP

OUTDOOR SIGNS

Large-format advertising banners for placing on exterior facades of establishments or on interior walls or supports.

STICKERS FOR SHOP WINDOWS

Adhesive vinyl to paste on the glass of shop windows of establishments.

They indicate a point of sale of INDEX products.

ADHESIVES FOR FLOORS

Adhesive vinyl to paste on the floor of an establishment.

They indicate the path to follow for finding where the INDEX product is located within the establishment

Every user requires specific solutions to their particular quantity and packaging needs. INDEX® is aware of this, which is why we have developed different alternatives to meet the specific needs of each user.

All our packaging is made from recyclable, 100% sustainable, and environmentally friendly materials.

We facilitate the identification and selection of products with our colour-coded labelling system.
