FM APPROVED

FM approvals (Factory Mutual Approvals) certify that products are suitable for fixing elements of fire sprinkler systems.

Approved products are subjected to load tests according to the FM 1951- 1952-1952 standard. To obtain the approval, the manufacturing and testing process is subjected to an independent audit to demonstrate that they are done using the proper means, and are controlled by qualified personnel under approved inspection and testing processes. Once the approval is obtained, this audit is repeated every six months.

Products with FM certification are indicated on the packaging with the “FM” logo followed by the certification number.
